Wolves SC Player Interest & Team Sign-Ups

Wolves SC is planning for upcoming league opportunities! We are gathering interest from current players and families interested in joining our club so we can evaluate team numbers and plan for the upcoming seasons.

Select the sign-up form that applies to your player below. Submitting an interest form does NOT guarantee a roster spot. This is used as information for coaches to evaluate and plan accordingly.

Additional details regarding team placement, schedules, and costs will be shared as plans are finalized.
